Shipping policy

All building material orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Heavy/bulky construction goods ship via freight carrier, not standard parcel service. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and delivery zone. We do not ship to PO boxes; a physical street address with unloading access is required.

Estimated transit time ranges from 5–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery is curbside only. Customers must be present to receive and unload goods. Extra fees may apply for remote areas, liftgate service or missed delivery appointments.

For international orders, buyers bear all customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees. Inspect packages upon arrival. Report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
